Welcome to VMA

Vascular Mangement Associates (VMA) provides consulting and management services to interventional vascular specialists, focusing on outpatient minimally invasive vascular procedures. Our services include intervention suite implementation, non-clinical operational management of the intervention suites, general practice management, coding and billing, and ad hoc consulting.

Since VMA’s inception in 2006, we have provided implementation and management services to a portfolio of vascular surgeons and interventional cardiologists across the United States. We are considered a pioneer in establishing and managing physician office-based angiography suites and cath labs, and remain proud that our clients’ intervention suites have expanded patient care options and thrived financially.

VMA was founded by Sam Ahn, MD, FACS, a long-time Professor of Surgery and Director of Endovascular Surgery at UCLA. VMA understands vascular surgery and the needs of the vascular interventionalist and their staff. We understand the day-to-day clinical, operational, and business challenges of vascular interventionalists in today’s healthcare and economic climate because we live it.

If you are a vascular interventionalist, contact VMA today to explore how we can help you improve your practice.
